In August, we drove 8,200 miles on a cross-country trip to host large-scale woodblock printmaking events in California and Oregon. We camped at out of the way places and packed essentials, only stopping for gas. The routine brought a much needed sense of calm. Highlights from the trip include visiting Flaming Gorge Reservoir, WY, Angel Lake, NV, and Gold Bluffs Beach, CA.
