BIG INK accepts payments by credit card.  Please contact us if you want to pay for an order via check.

Sales Tax

Orders mailed within the state of Maine are subject to a 5.5% sales tax.

Domestic Shipping

Flat-rate shipping starts at $6.  We offer complimentary shipping for all U.S. orders over $100.

Handling Time

Orders usually ship out the same day or the next, unless we are on the road teaching.  If so, we’ll reach out to you directly. Please contact us if you need your order to arrive by a specific date.  We’re happy to help.

Transit

Orders typically arrive 3-7 days from the ship date.

International Shipping

BIG INK ships worldwide, but additional handling fees may apply.  If so, we’ll follow up after your order is placed.  International orders ship USPS Priority International Air Mail or USPS Economy International Mail.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Fees/Tariffs/Duties

We’re not responsible for customs charges, which are not included in the price of your order.

Product Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds.  Please contact us if you have questions before ordering.

Workshop Refunds

Workshop registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another individual or location.

Damages

We trust USPS & FEDEX to deliver packages in excellent condition and on schedule.  If your order takes an unusually long time to arrive or arrives damaged, please be in touch!

Packing

Large-scale prints ship in heavy-duty cardboard tubes.  Prints are rolled around an interior tube, which is slipped inside a larger tube.  Shrink wrap protects the inside tube, and both ends are cushioned with bubble wrap.

Authentic & Original

The artwork featured on our website is made by artists living across the United States.  Each woodblock is carved and printed by hand with care and patience.

Master Class Terms of Use

By using any BIG INK Master Class materials, either in digital, printed, or distributed in a Lyell Castonguay Workshop (further referred to as The Content), you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline the proper use of The Content. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not participate in any BIG INK Master Class Programs.

Content Ownership

Lyell Castonguay is the sole owner of all BIG INK Master Class materials and retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to all contents contained within BIG INK Master Classes unless otherwise credited to third-party affiliates.  Purchasing or participating in any BIG INK programs grants you rights to The Content for personal use, only which can be terminated or revoked at any time if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

License of Use

Workshops contain material that Lyell Castonguay owns. This material includes, but is not limited to, logos, photography, illustrations, text, video, and graphics.  The reproduction and distribution of this material are permissible only under the following conditions:
• You MAY print or download files to a local hard drive for personal and non-commercial use only.
• You MAY NOT, except with prior written permission from Lyell Castonguay, distribute or commercially exploit any part of The Content.
• You MAY NOT, except with express permission, copy and distribute The Content to any third parties for their personal or commercial use.
• You MAY share images of your works-in-progress and completed work online and on social media with the tags #biginkprints and @biginkprints.
Lyell Castonguay retains all rights to The Content.  You MAY NOT share the information, images, files, and text contained within The Content without written permission from Lyell Castonguay.

Limited Warranties and Liabilities

BIG INK LLC does not provide any warranty or guarantee concerning your finished project or the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided in our classes. You acknowledge that additional knowledge may be needed to complete courses, and the outcome of your finished project is your responsibility. Recommendations are made solely based on Lyell Castonguay’s personal experience.  Your use of any information or content from this class is entirely at your own risk, for which BIG INK LLC is not liable.
