I love this program and recommend it to every printmaker I meet. There’s such a feeling of accomplishment when working on a large scale, and to see the finished product is always a thrill.
The Big Ink is a wonderful experience, not just the instruction and carving itself – but the camaraderie on the day of. Lyell is very willing to give advice, even after the class too. Big Ink is a great challenge to experiment and play with.
Had a great time meeting people and seeing everyone’s work printed! Working together to get the blocks inked and printed was really fun and I definitely learned some new stuff. Everyone’s prints were so different and creative it was a blast to help print them.
