Sack of Sugar

“Sack of Sugar” is a complex study of a mundane domestic artifact. As a wife and mother I am forever contemplating the balance and expectation of domestic life. Documenting this often taken for granted pantry item at a larger than life scale gives it a renewed sense of purpose and also calls to attention the dark history attached to commercially produced sugar in our country. – Kristy Cavaretta
